The video consultation costs €49 and the home visit €89, paid online at the time of booking. somedecindirect is not part of the coordinated care pathway with the French health insurance system, so reimbursement by Assurance Maladie is not automatic — but some private health insurers cover all or part of these costs.

Yes, if your situation medically justifies it. At the end of the consultation, the doctor can send you a prescription, a consultation summary, or a sick leave certificate directly in the app. As with an in-person visit, a sick leave certificate is only issued if your health genuinely requires it.
It depends on the time slots published by the doctor: the calendar on the booking page shows the next available slots in real time.
The doctor only prescribes what is justified after speaking with you, exactly as in an in-person consultation. Some treatments or situations requiring a full clinical examination may lead the doctor to refer you to an in-person consultation.
